This public offer represents an official offer from MaxxReise UG (limited liability) (hereinafter "Agency") to provide tourist services under the conditions stated below.

The publication of information about tourist products, trips, package deals, flight tickets, hotels and additional services on the website, in social networks, messengers or by email is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding booking confirmation.

A contract for tourist services is only concluded after all of the following conditions have been met:

• Confirmation of the availability of the selected trip by the respective tour operator,

• Coordination of all essential travel conditions,

• Receipt of full or agreed payment by the customer,

• Issuance of a written booking confirmation.

All prices stated in the offers are valid at the time of publication and are subject to change without prior notice until the final booking confirmation by the tour operator.

The agency acts exclusively as an intermediary between the customer and the tour operator, airline, hotel or other service provider and assumes no liability for changes to travel services, flight times, accommodation categories or for cases of force majeure.

The customer confirms that he has familiarized himself with the booking conditions, the cancellation and withdrawal regulations, the visa and passport regulations and that he fully accepts the conditions of this public offer.

Payment of tourist services is considered complete and unrestricted acceptance of the conditions of this public offer.
